Last updated: April 2026
By accessing or using Becoming, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and organizations using our services.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on Becoming. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these terms. Organization accounts must be registered by an authorized representative.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use Becoming for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm other users or the platform. Prohibited activities include harassment, impersonation, posting false information, scraping data without permission, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Becoming, including your profile story and any materials you upload. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the platform. You represent that you have the rights to share any content you post.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Becoming is not liable for any interruptions in service resulting from maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Becoming is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Becoming and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of Becoming after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
