About the Role
Location: Remote / Open Location (Community-Wide)
Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per week (flexible)
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator & Youth Mentor to assist with facilitating youth group activities, coordinating virtual or or hybrid workshops, and supporting incoming program volunteers within communities
Responsibilities
Mentorship: Engage directly with youth participants during virtual drop-ins, digital workshops, or localized community activities.
Volunteer Onboarding: Help greet, check in, and guide new volunteers during digital meetings, events, and community initiatives.
Program Support: Assist the core team wit organizing virtual meeting spaces, tracking attendance, scheduling, and managing program logistics.
Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging digital and physical environment for participants worldwide.

- What We Are Looking For: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse
- remote teams - Passion for community service and youth empowerment - Comfort using digital collaboration tools - Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule for at least 3 months - Background check (or local equivalent) where applicable
